LupinTrends operates on a dropshipping model. Products are shipped directly from our suppliers to you.

•Shipping Time: Estimated delivery time is between 7-21 business days, depending on your location within the GCC region. These are estimates and not guarantees.
•Customer Responsibility: It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not liable for orders lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
7. Returns and Refunds
We have a 15-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

•You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
•Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
